When I feel vulnerable

Some of the negatives I experience are:

  • usually want to run and hide

  • feel scared

  • breathe shallowly

  • feel confused

  • can't think straight

Some of the positives protective interruptions I use are:

  • connect with nature

  • remind myself I'm ok

  • give myself permission to catch my breath

  • reset my brain by using Tapping (EFT)

  • call a friend

  • have a drink of water

  • move my body


Tip:

take some time to think about how you feel when you're sitting in your vulnerability and maybe make a list that you can keep a copy of on your phone, on your desk or anywhere else that's easy for you to access.
