When I feel vulnerable

Some of the negatives I experience are:
usually want to run and hide
feel scared
breathe shallowly
feel confused
can't think straight

Some of the positives protective interruptions I use are:
connect with nature
remind myself I'm ok
give myself permission to catch my breath
reset my brain by using Tapping (EFT)
call a friend
have a drink of water
move my body

Tip:
take some time to think about how you feel when you're sitting in your vulnerability and maybe make a list that you can keep a copy of on your phone, on your desk or anywhere else that's easy for you to access.
