2025 REFLECTIVE CIRCLES &

2026 STRATEGY SESSIONS

Creating space for teams to reflect, reset and plan with clarity, safety and intention.

Meaningful strategy doesn’t come from spreadsheets - it comes from people. Many teams reach the end of the year overwhelmed, stretched thin, and without space to reflect on where they are or what they need next.

Our 2025 Reflective Circles & 2026 Strategy Sessions create a psychologically safe, trauma-aware environment where teams can reconnect, make sense of the year that’s been, and move into 2026 with clarity, confidence and shared direction.

Workshops will be held between January and March 2026, with a leadership co-design session held beforehand to tailor the experience to your team’s needs.

  • Trauma-aware.

  • Strengths-based.

  • Solution-focused.

  • Deeply committed to psychosocial safety.

Why Reflection Matters Before You Plan

The beginning of a new year is an ideal moment to pause, reflect and reorient. Instead of rushing through end-of-year fatigue, we invite you to approach 2026 intentionally - with a calm, intentional process that prioritises people, wellbeing and clarity.

We support teams to reset through a highly psychologically safe, trauma-aware and strengths-based process designed to:

  • Gently make sense of the year that’s been

  • Name what’s working and what needs attention

  • Reconnect with shared purpose and values

  • Clarify priorities and direction for 2026

  • Strengthen trust, communication and psychological safety

  • Identify practical next steps and team commitments

This is not a compliance activity.
It’s not a download-heavy strategic planning day.
It’s a human-centred process that supports real change.

Leadership Co-Design & Reflection Session

(30–45 minutes · December or early January)

Before your workshop, we meet with your leadership team to:

  • Reflect on the year’s challenges, pressures and achievements

  • Identify key patterns or workplace dynamics needing attention

  • Consider psychosocial safety risks and opportunities

  • Clarify the outcomes you want the workshop to achieve

  • Co-design the tone, flow and focus areas that will best support your team

This ensures the session is responsive, purposeful and designed with your organisational context in mind.
